Grammar in this conversation — Pinning down the real price — the consumer questions

Three questions deflate any sales pitch: C'est le prix final ? (is that the final price?), avec les taxes et tous les frais ?, comment est-ce que j'annule ?. Then summarize back: donc environ X par mois, tout inclus — restating numbers is how you catch the gap.
