Adjective Agreement

Adjectives agree with the noun in gender AND number. Like a chameleon matching its surroundings.

Basic agreement

masc + e = fem · add s for plural

Position

Most adjectives go AFTER the noun. Short common ones (BAGS: Beauty, Age, Good/bad, Size) go BEFORE.

Irregulars

beau→belle, vieux→vieille, nouveau→nouvelle, blanc→blanche, gros→grosse
